1. Introduction
Welcome to OFFMOCKUPS ("we," "our," or "us"). While we keep things friendly, this document contains important legal information about using our mockups.
By accessing or using our website (offmockups.com), you're agreeing to these terms, so please read them carefully.
2. Definitions
For clarity throughout this document, the following terms have specific meanings:
"Commercial Use": Any use of mockups in projects, products, or services intended for monetary gain, including but not limited to client work, advertising, and product sales.
"Physical Advertising": Printed materials including but not limited to billboards, brochures, magazines, newspapers, and product packaging.
"Digital Advertising": Online promotional content including but not limited to website banners, social media ads, email campaigns, and digital billboards.
"End Product": Any final deliverable incorporating the mockups that is intended for distribution, whether for free or for sale.
"Digital Templates": Design templates incorporating the mockups that are distributed to end users.
"Source Files": The original, editable mockup files provided by OFFMOCKUPS.
"Client Project": Any work performed on behalf of a third party for which you are compensated.
"Team Member": Any individual who is authorized to access and use the mockups under your license.
3. License Types and Usage Rights
3.1 Available Licenses
OFFMOCKUPS offers four types of licenses to suit different creative needs: Basic License, Freelancer License, Extended License, and Enterprise License. Current pricing information is available on our website. All licenses include high-resolution PSD files with a minimum resolution of 4240 x 2400 px, Smart Object layers, and comprehensive adjustment options.
3.2 Basic License Terms
The Basic License is designed for portfolio and presentation purposes. This includes documenting and showcasing your design work online and on social media, as well as in internal or client presentations. This license grants a single user unlimited lifetime access for one personal social media account. Commercial usage is not permitted under this license.
3.3 Freelancer License Terms
The Freelancer License enables limited commercial usage for independent designers and small freelance operations. It permits 1-3 team members to use the mockups with the following limitations:
- Physical Advertising: Up to 500 physical advertisements
- Digital Advertising: Up to 5,000 digital ad impressions
- End Product Sales: Up to 5,000 units
- Digital Templates: Allowed (excluding source files)
- Social Media Usage: 1 personal + 1 business account
- Client Projects: Up to 5 distinct clients
3.4 Extended License Terms
The Extended License enables commercial usage and caters to small to medium-sized teams and businesses. It permits up to 20 team members from the same company to use the mockups with the following limitations:
- Physical Advertising: Up to 5,000 physical advertisements
- Digital Advertising: Up to 50,000 digital ad impressions
- End Product Sales: Up to 50,000 units
- Digital Templates: Allowed (excluding source files)
- Social Media Usage: Up to 5 business social media accounts
3.5 Enterprise License Terms
Enterprise Licenses are solutions for larger organizations. These licenses offer:
- Up to 50 team members
- Physical Advertising: Up to 15,000 physical advertisements
- Digital Advertising: Up to 150,000 digital ad impressions
- End Product Sales: Up to 150,000 units
- Digital Templates: Allowed (excluding source files)
- Social Media Usage: Up to 15 business social media accounts
3.6 License Stacking
Extended and Enterprise License holders may purchase additional licenses to expand their usage rights.
Each additional Extended License adds:
- 20 more team members
- 5,000 more physical ads
- 50,000 more digital ad impressions
- 50,000 more end product sales units
- 5 more social media accounts
All for use within the same company.
Each additional Enterprise License adds:
- 50 more team members
- 15,000 more physical ads
- 150,000 more digital ad impressions
- 150,000 more product units
- 15 more social media accounts
All for use within the same company.
3.7 Client Usage and Terms
For agencies, studios, or freelancers working with clients:
1. Separate License Requirement:
- Each client project requires its own separate license, except for Freelancer License which allows up to 5 distinct clients
- Either the agency/studio must purchase a license on behalf of the client, or
- The client must purchase their own license directly
2. Transfer Rights and Restrictions
License holders MAY NOT:
- Use their own license for client projects (except for Freelancer License with 5-client limit)
- Transfer mockup source files to clients
- Share license access with clients
- Resell mockups as standalone products
- Allow clients to modify mockup source files
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Copyright Protection
All mockups and related materials are protected by copyright under Indonesian Law No. 28 of 2014 regarding Copyright (Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta).
4.2 License Rights vs. Ownership
Purchasing a license grants specific usage rights but does not transfer ownership of intellectual property. The specific rights granted depend on your license type as detailed in Section 3. OFFMOCKUPS retains full ownership of all mockups and associated materials.
4.3 Prohibited Actions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the mockups
- Create derivative works based on the original mockups for redistribution
- Claim ownership or authorship of the mockups
- Register any trademark or copyright that incorporates the mockups
- Use the mockups in any way that violates applicable laws
4.4 Attribution
Attribution is not required but is appreciated. You may credit OFFMOCKUPS in your projects, but are not obligated to do so unless specified in a separate agreement.
5. Purchase and Delivery
5.1 Payment Processing
OFFMOCKUPS processes payments securely through Lemon Squeezy, accepting major payment methods in compliance with Bank Indonesia regulations.
5.2 Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment, users receive immediate access to download links and their OFFMOCKUPS account dashboard, including a step-by-step usage guide.
5.3 Refund and Technical Support Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds are provided. However, users have 48 hours from purchase to report technical defects, such as corrupt files or missing essential layers. Valid technical claims will receive replacement files at no additional cost. We encourage reviewing product details carefully before purchase.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination by OFFMOCKUPS
OFFMOCKUPS reserves the right to terminate your license if:
- You breach any terms of this agreement
- You exceed the usage limitations of your license without upgrading
- You use the mockups in any illegal or prohibited manner
- You transfer or attempt to transfer your license to an unauthorized party
6.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- You must immediately cease all use of the mockups
- You must delete all copies of the mockups in your possession
- No refund will be provided
- You remain liable for any violations that occurred prior to termination
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE MOCKUPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
7.2 Limitation of Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL OFFMOCKUPS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE MOCKUPS.
7.3 Cap on Liability
OFFMOCKUPS' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE LICENSE.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OFFMOCKUPS and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the mockups
- Your violation of any term of this Agreement
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
- Any claim that your use of the mockups caused damage to a third party
9. Force Majeure
OFFMOCKUPS shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such failure results from circumstances beyond OFFMOCKUPS' reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government action, labor strikes, or internet disruption.
10. Personal Data Processing
10.1 Data Collection
OFFMOCKUPS collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.
10.2 Data Usage
Personal data collected will be used for:
- License administration
- Order fulfillment
- Customer support
- Communication about updates or changes to our products or terms
10.3 Data Protection
OFFMOCKUPS implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11.1 Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indonesian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia, with mediation as the first step.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, users agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation with OFFMOCKUPS for at least 30 days following written notice of the dispute.
OFFMOCKUPS may update these terms. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use indicates acceptance of modified terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
